SHIPPING POLICY
Engine orders are scheduled for freight delivery after payment is confirmed and the unit, delivery address, and receiving arrangements have been reviewed. We will provide the freight quote and any residential-delivery, liftgate, or limited-access charges before dispatch. Processing and transit estimates are confirmed for the individual order rather than presented as guaranteed arrival dates. A delay in fitment confirmation, receiving details, or carrier availability may affect the schedule.
Engines are secured for freight transport using packaging appropriate to the assembly. Confirm whether the receiving location has a loading dock, forklift, or other unloading equipment. If it does not, request the required unloading service before shipment. The carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. If an address change, missed appointment, storage period, or redelivery creates additional charges, we will explain those charges before arranging the next available service.
At delivery, compare the shipment with the freight paperwork and inspect the packaging for visible damage. Ask the driver to record visible damage or missing pieces on the delivery receipt and photograph the packaging and unit. Report visible damage as soon as possible, preferably within two business days, and report concealed damage promptly after discovery. Keep the pallet, packaging, labels, and damaged components while the shipment is reviewed. These reporting requests help document the claim and do not replace any rights provided by law. Local pickup can be arranged during the posted business hours after the order is confirmed ready.
