Legal notice

LEGAL POLICY

Product descriptions identify the engine option and the information buyers should review before purchase. Vehicle fitment depends on the exact engine configuration, vehicle specification, and supplied components. Provide accurate vehicle information and obtain written confirmation of the assembly being ordered. A matching model name, displacement, or engine family does not by itself establish that an engine will install and function in every related vehicle.

The invoice and written order confirmation identify the actual unit and the components supplied. Accessories, electronic modules, programming, installation labor, fluids, and service parts are included only when listed. Manufacturer and vehicle names are used to identify products and applications; they do not imply that our business is affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers. Photographs and descriptions should be reviewed together, and any discrepancy should be raised before payment.

Engines should be installed by a technician with the tools and experience required for the vehicle. The installer must correct the original failure and review supporting systems before startup. For modified vehicles or conversion projects, the buyer and installer must confirm the requirements of the complete installation, including any applicable emissions or registration rules. Order changes, delivery arrangements, and return approvals must be recorded in writing. These terms do not exclude responsibilities, consumer protections, or remedies that applicable law does not allow a business to exclude.
